This is the 2014 version of the 4th of July Stars and Stripes hat that Major League Baseball has and New Era have used as a patriotic symbol. This year the style is a little more subtle than is years past. Here is the Stars and Stripes version of the previous years. This year they are calling this hat the ALL AMERICAN. This hat is a tradition 59fifty in fit and style with a little bit of a patriotic coloring. All the teams will be wearing a blue base fitted 5950 with subtle hints of red worked out in the stitching in within the logo. As you can see in the pictures, the subtle red includes the eyelets arount the top of that hat and the top seam button. The logo on the front middle has a red base color and also incorporates a white as a secondary color. The New Era logo is on the left side as usualy, and it is also stitched with the same red. The fanciest part of this hat is the under brim. Below the visor you can see that the print is actually red with white stars. Some the under graphics on the visor can be a bit “flashy” for some people, but I think this hat incorporates the graphic is a very subtle, unobtrusive, manner that will intrigue some people who are never going to buy the neon, loud, and flashy graphics under the bill.
Here are some other hats you might like:
